 Terms & Conditions


Making a purchase is simple. Browse our online catalogue, click on the items you require and they will be placed in your shopping Cart. When you have finished making your selection, click on the Checkout icon to calculate your total bill including any selected extras. You will then be asked to provide your personal details and will be sent conformation of your order via email.

Items not in stock
In the unlikely event that items in your order are out of stock, we will either email or telephone you and give you the option to cancel or change the item.
We endeavour to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible, but please bear in mind that certain ranges can take up to 6-10 weeks to restock.

Damages and Errors in delivery
All damages or order errors must be reported on delivery of goods. In the event that goods cannot be checked on delivery, sign for goods as unchecked. In the unlikely event that damage or errors occur, please contact immediately. You will be entitled to either an exchange or a full refund. Refunds will be made within 10 working days.

Cancellations, Returns and Faults
Any cancellations of online orders will be charged an administration fee of 20 euro.
You have seven days from receipt of goods in which to inform us of returns for whatever reason, including faults. This must be done by email within this period to ensure you have proof that you were within our seven day returns policy, in case of any queries at a later date.

The cost of returning goods for reasons other than faults or errors will be paid for by the customer.
All returns must be packaged as received and products must be as new otherwise a full refund will not be given.
We will arrange collection.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after goods have been returned to us.

Credit Card Security
We use eurobank to process all credit and debit card payments. They take responsibility for collecting and storing card details on their secure servers using 128 bit secure sockets layer technology and always ensure that this information is held with the high levels of security you would expect from a major financial services company.

Colour and Images
Colours may vary slightly due to the nature of monitor set up. Every effort has been made to reflect the true colours of the rugs.
There may be slight variants in size and colour of handmade goods.

Complaints aim to provide the highest level of customer service. Please direct any complaints to the Sales Manager.
We will contact you within 5 days with a response.

Remittance Terms
Payment is required in full before goods are despatched. All invoices include VAT at the standard rate and delivery.
